- QA coordinator - someone who is checking ticket quality.

90 day planned journey

From day 1 through to 90+ days - what does it look like.
Benchmarking your business is the first step. Together we'll document what makes your business unique. 
As we go along, there will be a list of strategic things you want to get done. We use this list to work out what your business needs right now. 
For example; let's say you want to get operations procedures into a form the team can read and learn from - the membership will enable this. 
During this process, you're building up business capabilities. Getting organised, reporting on more metrics, getting your branding and marketing together, improving quality through QA and more.
